WOW Fundraising provides a free online store for every group. After you enroll, you’ll receive a unique store link and login credentials for the coordinator dashboard.
Sellers have several registration options:
Visit the store home page and click the Register Here button
Scan the QR code on the information packet we supply
Text the word “register” to (833) 943-1979
If you prefer not to track orders by individual seller and want all sales to count toward the group, we can disable seller registration entirely. This can be managed via the coordinator dashboard.
Yes. You can require sellers to select a homeroom or team during registration. These groups are managed in the coordinator dashboard. You can import a list or add them manually.
Your store is active as soon as you receive your link. First, log in to the coordinator dashboard to verify your settings, confirm your goals, fundraising reason, and store image. Once everything looks right, you and your sellers can immediately begin sharing the link through social media, text, email, and printed flyers.
If you are running an online store along with a brochure program, the store will close once the order forms reach the pack house. If you are not using brochures, the store will close when you click the End Fundraiser button inside the coordinator dashboard.
